Pinehurst Area Realty requires all potential tenants to submit a long term rental application.  A processing fee of $30 per applicant is required. PAR conducts a full credit check, background check, criminal background check, employment and social security vertification.

PAR has access to numerous rentals thru out Moore County.  If we don't have the home you want, we can help you find your home.  This is a free service and of no charge to you.
