Below you will find the Winter Rental information, a price list and list of available Units. Those of you who stayed with us last year have priority in your selection. I need to hear from you by the 5th of October, however, at which time I will open all unsecured units to everyone.

• All units at Knollwood and Midland will include golf at both Knollwood Village and Midland Country Club. A cart will not be required on either course.

• Some of the rental properties are pet friendly. A $300 pet deposit is required per pet.

• Our units are non-smoking. If you are a smoker you will be required to smoke outside the unit only.

There is a $300.00 per month charge for a second couple staying in the unit with you for your entire stay. This charge includes golf privileges. You will not be charged if you have guests staying for a few days but we cannot provide golf passes for them.
